- Shipping Policy
- Our partnership with Royal Mail, FastWay and ParcelToGo delivery service ensures that the bought goods reach you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We have been trading on eBay for the past seven years and have been posting items all over the world. If the items are not in stock we will contact you and a special order arranged as soon as possible.
- Items will be dispatched once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.
- For your convenience we offer a variety of shipping services to meet our customer needs:
- Second Class Packet (Recorded Signed for) £2.00
- First Class Packet (Recorded Signed for) £3.00
- Special Delivery Next Day (Up to 500GBP Insurance) £6.00
- First Class Packet (Recorded Signed for) £19.00
- Special Delivery Next Day (Up to 500GBP Insurance) £23.00
- Shipping costs for a product are based upon the weight and/or dimensions of your item.
- *Please be aware that your patience may be requested for those harder to reach destinations, or due to unforeseen weather/traffic conditions.
- Delivery
- Orders can be delivered to either a business or residential address. To ensure your order reaches you safely a signature is required at the delivery address in exchange for the order. Should the delivery address be unattended at the time of delivery, a delivery card will be left in the letterbox-advising customer to contact the shipping company to arrange a time for the order to be delivered. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Cancellation & Return Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order:
- (a) You can notify us by email to sales@pearlit.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 1582792739 before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
- (b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause set out below.
- You can return goods you have ordered from us if Merchandise does not correspond with its description or which fails to comply with any other item implied by the sale of Goods Act 1979 on sale to a customer any time within 7 days (14 days for international purchases) of receipt for an exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and will only be accepted if in the same condition as when the item(s) first left Pearl IT LLP.
- Upon receipt of the goods we will refund you for the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
- The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: (a) in the event that the product has been used or(b) bespoke products or (c) Product(s) have damaged/altered/modified/tampered seals or(d) Product(s) have been activated or registered under your name and or (e)Software open box.
- If not accompanied by a receipt: The Company may at its discretion issue a merchandise credit for the lowest retail price for which the merchandise was sold while it was last in the stock. This is a statement of Policy only, which may be changed at any time and does not affect your statutory rights.
- Dispatch Time
- We make it a priority to send out orders as quickly as we can, and we dispatch over 99% of orders as described below:
- Shipment by Royal Mail Order placed before 1pm on Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after 1pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the following day.
- Orders placed after 1pm on Friday's will be dispatched on Monday mornings.

- Orders placed on Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the following day. If we feel we're unable to meet this commitment we will email you to let you know when you can expect your order to be dispatched.
- Please note: We do not dispatch on weekends and bank holidays.

- Orders dispatched by Royal Mail for UK delivery. You should receive your order within 2-3 days for First Class and 3-5 working day for Second Class(maximum). If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, you may wish to contact us.
- Royal Mail - Overseas International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packet).
- You should receive your order within 7-10 days. If your order has not arrived within 21 working days you may wish to contact us. Whilst every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we regret that we are unable to guarantee that delivery will be made by a certain date.
- Interlink Express – UK Deliveries
- Orders dispatched by Interlink Express for UK mail land deliveries. In most cases you should receive your order within 1-2 working days (maximum). If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, you may wish to contact us.
- Parcel To Go – UK Deliveries
- Orders dispatched by Interlink Express for UK mail land deliveries. In most cases you should receive your order within 1-2 working days (maximum). If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, you may wish to contact us.
- Summary :
- Should a customer miss a delivery it is then the customers responsibility to re-arrange delivery or alternatively to pick this item up from an assigned collection point. Once the customer has signed for the goods, this signifies that the goods have been accepted and approved of by the customer. Pearl IT LLP is no longer liable for any damages or claims against the item. Pearl IT LLP reserves the right to change shipping delivery terms and conditions at any time; this does not affect your statutory rights.
