If problems cannot be fixed remotely or if you internet is not working, then we have to come out you.

So how does it work?

Get HELP in 3 simple steps

1. Speak to one of our support team member over the phone. Explain the nature of your computer problem. They will be able to give you an estimate time for the onsite support.

2. Arrange an appointment over the phone

3. We see you on the appointment day to fix your problem.

What are the charges?

Your onsite face to face support will be charged at £50 inc VAT per hourly rated. Maximum 2 hours charge. For problems that support engineer predicts will take more than two hours, we will provide an collect & return service instead which will be charged at a fix rate. Your computer will be then collected, repaired in the workshop and then bring it back to you. This will work out more economic for home clients. Your payment will be £20inc VAT for the collection & return + the fix rate repair cost at workshop that we quoted you.
